Aleks Damchevski (he/they)
CEO and Founder
Aleks is an HR and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader with 15+ years of international experience, having shaped inclusive strategies for global brands. A co-author of the Amazon bestseller Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – The Glass Half Full (2023) and a member of the Swiss Diversity Award jury, he advances innovative approaches to LGBTQ+ inclusion beyond the gender binary.

Alexandrina drives the conception of ideas into compelling visual narratives, translating complex themes into meaningful experiences. They collaborate on strategies, events, and workshops, bringing artistic expertise, curiosity, and creativity into every process. Their work helps organizations build empathy, connection, and deeper understanding—both internally and beyond their walls.
